Where can I use Crew?Crew is currently available and supported in the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Australia, Japan, and Spain.
If your phone number is from a country other than the above, you will not be able to sign up for a new Crew account or download the app from the App Store, even if you've been invited.
How does Crew know which country I live in?
Crew uses the country code assigned to your phone number to determine the country from which you are signing up. This means you will not be able to sign up for Crew with a phone number from an unsupported country, even if you are physically located in a supported country.
I've already been using Crew in an unsupported country. Will my account still work?
In August 2022, Crew ended support for countries other than those listed above. If you have an account tied to a phone number from an unsupported country, you will no longer be able to sign into your account or download the Crew app from the App Store in your country.
Note: If your account is already logged into Crew, you can continue to access and use Crew until you are logged out. If you're in this situation, we recommend saving any important data to your device immediately to protect it from an inadvertent logout.
