Set a Task Due Date


Which plans can use this feature?     Enterprise 


Tasks help keep your team on task and working towards shared team goals. You can set a due date and time for a task to be completed by. 

Enable Due Dates

To enable this Enterprise feature, reach out to your Crew Customer Success Manager. 

Set Due Dates

  1. Open your Crew app and head to your Chats or Inbox tab
  2. Tap into the Tasks entry
  3. Tap on your desired task
  4. Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner
  5. Select Edit
  6. Toggle Due date on
  7. Set your desired due date and time
  8. Tap Save 

Note  Enterprise users can either set a due date for a task or make it repeat, but not both.
