Tasks help keep your team on task and working towards shared team goals. You can set a due date and time for a task to be completed by.
Enable Due Dates
To enable this Enterprise feature, reach out to your Crew Customer Success Manager.
Set Due Dates
- Open your Crew app and head to your Chats or Inbox tab
- Tap into the Tasks entry
- Tap on your desired task
- Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner
- Select Edit
- Toggle Due date on
- Set your desired due date and time
- Tap Save
Note Enterprise users can either set a due date for a task or make it repeat, but not both.
