View and make changes to personnel and organization settings from your Command Center interface.
Manage Employees Page: Personnel Administration
Seasonal workers, summer employees—lots of turnover can make for lots of administrative work. But it’s easy to edit your user base from within Command Center, without having to go into each organization’s Coworkers list to do so.
Navigate to the Employees page by tapping on Enterprise on the left pane of your Command Center, then tapping Employees.
Add new employees

- In the Employees tab of your Command Center, click
in the upper right corner.
- Enter the employee's name, phone number, and Crew organization(s)
- Click Save
- In the Employees tab of your Command Center, click
Edit employees' admin status

- In the Employees tab of your Command Center, click on the
3 dots next to your desired employee's name
- Click Edit admin status
- Toggle your desired admin settings
- Tap Save
- In the Employees tab of your Command Center, click on the
Award Gold Stars

- In the Employees tab of your Command Center, click on the
3 dots next to give a Gold Star to
- Tap Award gold star to recognize your employee for a job well done!
- In the Employees tab of your Command Center, click on the
Resend invitations

- In the Employees tab of your Command Center, click on the
3 dots next to your desired employee's name
- Tap Resend invite and that user will be sent another invite to join your team on Crew
- In the Employees tab of your Command Center, click on the
Suspend employees

- In the Employees tab of your Command Center, click on the
3 dots next to the person you want to suspend from the Crew app
- Tap Suspend
- Select the length of time to suspend the employee
- Tap Confirm
- In the Employees tab of your Command Center, click on the
Filter employee data
You can filter the employee info on the Employee page along the top by tapping Total users, Joined users, Pending invites, Employee name, or Organization
You can also see further detail about specific employees by tapping on an individual employee name to see info such as Org memberships, Employee ID, and more.
Manage Organizations Page: Organization Configuration
From your centralized position within Command Center you can configure settings for each organization without being a member, or having to go into each one. You can also go deeper into a specific organization to make changes to the status of Groups or individual employees.
Configure all your organization settings and feature add-ons by tapping the Wheel icon in the Actions column—everything from Invites to Schedule parameters to Tasks.
Navigate to the Organizations page by tapping on Enterprise on the left pane of your Command Center, then tapping on Organizations.
View and edit Org members

- In the Organizations page of your Command Center, locate your desired Organization
- Click on the # of members in the Members column for that Org
- Toggle between the Active and Pending filters to view that info
- To delete a member, tap the
Delete button
Recognize employees with Gold Stars

- In the Organizations page of your Command Center, locate your desired Organization
- Click on the # of members in the Members column for that Org
- Tap the
Gold Star icon next to the person you want to recognize for a job well done!
- You can also access the Gold Star Leaderboard at the top of the page
View and manage Org groups

- In the Organizations page of your Command Center, locate your desired Organization
- Click the
Groups icon in the Actions column
- Tap Create group in the upper right corner to make a new group
- Tap the
3 dots next to a group to Edit or Delete it
Note: You can edit any group except the Everyone and Announcements groups.
Manage Org settings and add-ons

- In the Organizations page of your Command Center, locate your desired Organization
- Click the
Settings icon in the Actions column
- Toggle your settings as desired, including updating the Org name, enabling Scheduling add-ons, as well as enabling a Profanity Filter to help keep your organizations’ communications professional.
Filter Organization data
You can filter the information on the Organization page in a few different ways:

- Filter by Org Sets in the upper left corner of the page. Tap on your desired Org Set to see only that subset's data
- Search for Orgs using the search bar
- Filter by Org name or Members along the top of the page
