Folders in Team Files help you organize your company’s files in a structured format so that team members can more easily access them.
To add a Folder to Team Files, follow the below steps depending on your device.
iOS app
- In your Chats tab, tap on the Team Files entry
- Tap on the + Plus icon in the upper right corner (The first time you check out Team Files, you’ll see an Add button which performs the same action)
- Tap Create a folder
- Enter your folder name, for example "Project ABC"
- Tap Create
Android app
- In your Chats tab, tap on the Team Files entry
- Tap on the + Plus icon in the upper right corner (The first time you check out Team Files, you’ll see an Add button which performs the same action)
- Tap Create a folder
- Enter your folder name, for example "Project ABC"
- Tap Create
Web app
- In your Inbox tab, click on the Team Files entry
- Click on Create folder in the upper right corner
- Enter your folder name
- Click Create
