Add Team File Folder

Folders in Team Files help you organize your company’s files in a structured format so that team members can more easily access them.

 

To add a Folder to Team Files, follow the below steps depending on your device.

iOS app

  1. In your Chats tab, tap on the Team Files entry
  2. Tap on the + Plus icon in the upper right corner (The first time you check out Team Files, you’ll see an Add button which performs the same action)
  3. Tap Create a folder
  4. Enter your folder name, for example "Project ABC"
  5. Tap Create 

Android app

  1. In your Chats tab, tap on the Team Files entry
  2. Tap on the + Plus icon in the upper right corner (The first time you check out Team Files, you’ll see an Add button which performs the same action)
  3. Tap Create a folder
  4. Enter your folder name, for example "Project ABC"
  5. Tap Create 

Web app

  1. In your Inbox tab, click on the Team Files entry
  2. Click on Create folder in the upper right corner
  3. Enter your folder name
  4. Click Create
