October 2020 Updates to Crew Basic Plan

In an effort to improve our product and invest in a tool that millions of frontline workers use everyday, we are introducing user and admin limits to Crew Basic.

What changes are happening?

Starting in October 2020, Crew Basic will support up to 35 users and 2 admins. If your organization exceeds these limits, you will not be able to add additional users or admins without upgrading to Crew Pro or Crew Enterprise.

I am currently using Crew Basic and have more than 35 users in my organization.

You will no longer be able to add additional users. Depending on which plan is right for your team or company, we encourage you to upgrade to Crew Pro or Crew Enterprise to be able to add more than 35 users to your organization

I am currently using Crew Basic and have more than 2 admins managing my organization.

You will no longer be able to add additional admin. Depending on which plan is right for your team or company, we encourage you to upgrade to Crew Pro or Crew Enterprise to be able to add more than 2 admins to your organization

I am currently using Crew Basic and have less than 35 users and no more than 2 admins in my organization.

There will be no change to your account, but moving forward you will not be able to add more than 35 users and 2 admin to your organization.
