How to Cancel Your Subscription

Whether you have a Crew Pro or Crew Enterprise subscription, this article covers how to cancel both.

How to cancel your Pro subscription

Depending on how you purchased Pro, you will need to follow one of the below sets of instructions to downgrade your account. 

If you purchased Pro directly from Crew via the web app

Contact Crew Support by email at help@crewapp.com or through Crew Support in the app, requesting your subscription be canceled, along with the email address on your account. 

If you purchased Pro through the Google Play Store 

  1. Launch the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap the 3 horizontal lines at the top left to open the menu.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap on the app subscription you'd like to cancel.

If you purchased Pro through the Apple App Store 

  1. Launch the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap on the app subscription you'd like to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

How to cancel your Crew Enterprise subscription

Please contact your Crew Customer Success Manager to process your cancellation.

 

Note  If you no longer need your Crew account, you can delete your profile
